General skills summary:
Experience developing, managing, and teaching the application of network technologies to address business and governmental initiatives. Implement numerous technology projects that provide technical support, planning, design, procurement, installation, testing and documentation. Specialties include the ability to analyze and document the benefits and functions of system technologies. Excellent interpersonal, communication and teaming skills.
Areas of Technical Expertise:
Experienced in configuration and implementation of routers and switches in a multi-protocol environment, configuration of all associated network protocols (TCP/IP), WAN protocols and troubleshooting of WAN circuits (T1, T3, OC-3, protocols include EIGRP, BGP, OSPF). Cisco products include but not limited to GigE Switches, Cisco Series Routers, Cisco Wireless Controllers, Wireless Access Points, Cisco OEAP, Cisco ISE, Cisco Prime. BlueSocket Wireless Controllers and Access Points, Aruba Wireless configuration, and Advanced Security Appliance with IPS and IDS Content Security Modules, CLI and ASDM, Cisco AnyConnect, Enterprise VPN. Palo Alto Firewalls, Global Protect VPN, Avaya products include Avaya Communications Manager 4.0, Modular Messaging, PBX, and VOIP. Knowledge of video standards (MPEG2, H.264,HD) and/or network-based video solutions. Maintain performance monitoring and alerting through the use of enterprise management tools (SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, DNAC). Developed and deployed Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM solution. Deployed Cisco DNA Center.

Managerial leadership on consultation, lead for technical training, and recommend direction of network design/redesign, policies and standards. Shift supervisor as JR NCO in Air Force. Technical Instructor at Renton Technical College. 4th-Tier technical support and lead for daily operations in Network Operations Center for ConnexionByBoeing. Ranking onsite Regional Services Engineer/Tier III Manager for Avaya Systems. Lead network engineer for BOSH Global Services. Technical lead on Disaster Recovery Projects, communicate operational matters to internal and external customers, management and support. Recommend new processes, update, and provide technical documentation of such processes.
